After a successful business career in the apparel manufacturing business, Joseph Pietrafesa began brokering commercial real estate with CBRE in 2003. Since that time, he has been involved in over $500,000,000 of commercial transactions and has worked with major retail tenants such as Starbucks, Wegmans, 7-11, Tractor Supply, Dollar General, Walgreens and many more.
A hard worker who stays involved in every deal right through to closing, Mr. Pietrafesa is passionate about what he does and about his clients needs. Real Estate is a business that happens every second of every day and Joseph never forgets that. He prides himself on follow through and is a consummate professional. Personally, Joseph invests in Multi-Family portfolios, hospitality partnerships and is a principle in development projects in the multi-family and industrial sectors.
